Years ago, I realized that many women were unsure of themselves or made to be unsure of their sexuality for a variety of reasons. Some lacked self confidence, others had never experienced an orgasm, and still others had never had a positive relationship. We find ourselves in patterns of behavior that is difficult to break because we don't recognize them. When we do, how do we make the necessary changes to achieve greatness in our lives?
There are many debates on spirituality and self-identity, but one is something that I adhere to: the best way to become the person that you were meant to be is to follow your deepest desires. My goal is to help people discover those desires, and to create a plan to follow them. It is easy to recognize what is on the surface, but have you ever taken the time to discern what you truly want out of this life? What needs to happen to achieve it? Will you be happy once you do?
I am not a psychologist. I am a personal advisor. I have helped many women enter discernment to uncover their true selves, then I've helped them get there. On this site you will have an opportunity to ask me direct questions, contact me, or read posts from my musings on life, love, and the pursuit of happiness. You can use this site however you want, but use it. Contact me. Grow.
I look forward to the journey with you.

- Tamika Caston
- I'm a life coach and progressive Black woman whose goal is complete balance between work and home, and the perpetuation of a larger social understanding. If I were a section in the book store, I'd be arts and leisure. (I'd have a cross reference in self-help and politics, too.) As a road warrior, I love to travel by planes, trains, and automobiles. I love to learn about new people, and to expand my world. It is a gigantic place with a mass of beautiful people. I intend to get to know them, one trip at a time. Other interests include the fine arts, I couldn't live without music, a pen and paper, and photojournaling. Well, enough about me, tell me about you...
